Another "waltz for the moon" picture '3'. This time is Suisei (Seiji's "celestial" brother) who is waltzing /o/!

I was not feeling like coloring so...Lazycoloring yay! 8D I know I totally killed his design -.-'' He looks like a wolf with no markings xD! -Laziness queen-
